Roles & Responsibilities

  • End-to-End IT Recruitment Practices: Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
  • Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
  • Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
  • Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
  • Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations

Technical Skills

  • Communicating with the candidates and interview team, invites, interview schedules.
  • Actively managing all job postings and current position updates
  • Ensuring quality recruiting experience for candidates from start to finish
  • Advocating the candidate experience and maintaining consistent communication and moving each candidate through the interview process in time.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge on Microsoft Office suite
  • High-energy and passion
  • Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
