Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-End IT Recruitment Practices: Hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, interviewing
- Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
- Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
- Take ownership of candidate experience by designing and managing it
- Develop job postings, job descriptions, and position requirements
- Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
- Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations
Technical Skills
- Communicating with the candidates and interview team, invites, interview schedules.
- Actively managing all job postings and current position updates
- Ensuring quality recruiting experience for candidates from start to finish
- Advocating the candidate experience and maintaining consistent communication and moving each candidate through the interview process in time.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge on Microsoft Office suite
- High-energy and passion
- Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
